Starter Bands
Established in June 2012, Lions Brass 4 Youth now also provides the opportunity to start to learn a brass instrument with them.
The Band also provides the instruments and tutor books free of charge.
The intention is for youngsters to learn in the Starter Band for 15/18 months, before progressing to the Training Band. A new intake of young people will then be given the opportunity to start to learn, so that this becomes a permanent, rolling program.
Any young person who wishes to learn, should contact Lions Brass 4 Youth, and their name will be added to the waiting list for the next intake. Please note these bands often fill up several months in advance so please contact us early.
